当院では内科外来・糖尿病外来など幅広い診療を行っておりますが、15歳未満の小児につきましては診療対象外とさせて頂いております。大変申し訳ございませんが、小児科の受診をお願い致します。

当院の外来は予約制となっており、予約時間順に診察を行っております。予約なしで来院された場合も診察をお受けしておりますが、予約優先のため待ち時間が長くなる場合がございます。なるべくご予約のうえ、ご来院されることをお勧め致します。

なお、診察状況によって予約時間よりも診察が遅れる場合や、診察の順番を入れ替わっていただく場合が考えられます。ご迷惑をおかけすることもあるかと存じますが、何卒ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

当院では、他の医療機関で治療中の方からの転院のご相談を受け付けております。
他の医療機関から当院に移ることをご希望される場合は、その医療機関からの紹介状をお持ちになるか、薬局でもらうお薬手帳や薬の説明書などをお持ちください。
紹介状は受付時に窓口へお渡しください。
